Hello, my name is Luciano and I´m from Brazil. I purchased the QS-BT1 Belt Tensioner through Simstix and I’m very satisfied with the buying experience. Shipping was extremely fast to my US address, and the store was efficient and reliable.
Regarding the Qubic System product: the immersion it provides in sim racing is truly impressive. As a seat belt tensioner, it greatly enhances realism, simulating hard braking, acceleration, and even road vibrations. The device delivers exactly what it promises and works reliably.
The only drawback was that, upon arrival, I noticed that both seat belts had come loose from their respective servo motors. I had to open the unit and properly reattach each belt to the servo motor spool. After that, the product has been working normally without any further issues.
Overall, I recommend both the reseller and the product, while leaving this note as a quality control point to be improved. I also have photos and videos documenting the issue, in case the manufacturer would like to review them.

I bought a QS-S25 from Steve, in part because he stocks what he sells. Other U.S. distributors don't, so you have to wait a minimum of 12 weeks, deal with customs, etc. Steve made that all easy. I bought my unit on a Friday. It shipped by Monday and arrived that Friday--about 1,200 miles away. Assembly is generally pretty easy; however, the install method changed from when Motion Systems crated my unit, so the documentation was a bit outdated. Steve was super-responsive addressing my multiple questions working through the discrepancies, even sometimes as late as 11pm his time. What a guy! I since bought a BT1 from him and that arrived in a matter of days as well. In a world filled with self-checkout lanes, AI driven systems with the intelligence of a toddler that address only mainstream issues, and an over-reliance on "search the forums" type help systems (which take/waste more time), Steve is a breath of fresh air. I 100% recommend.
I first bought a qubic QS-220 with plans to add the traction surge down the road. Steve was awesome at answering my questions about the 220’s. Fast forward to purchasing the 10k$+ traction system. I ordered and the night before Steve was to ship the system I realized I had a problem with spacing on my next level rig due to where the bolt heads stick out. I told Steve to cancel the order which he did. But then he went above and beyond and 3d printed a part to see if we could get the spacing right with a custom made plate to offset the bolt holes. This way I don’t have to replace my rig with the bigger version of my rig that would fit. Top notch customer service. Buy with confidence. Steve and Sim Stix will provide top notch customer service. I purchased a 220 3DOF for myself back in July which was delivered promptly within 5 days - due to work and personal life I wasn't even able to unbox it until december this year. My purchase experience with Simstix was excellent. They were available and very patient with all the questions I had.
They organized a demo session for me to test the system and downloaded all the software I requested for the test.
They even went as far as working with Qubic in order to implement features and effects that didnt exist even BEFORE I bought the system. That is truly exceptional customer service.
The system got to me two days after the money was transferred. And the support has been great.
I think those actuators and more importantly, the software and support are superb. I already found what I was looking for. I e. More detailed and precise effects with a lot of fine-tuning and adjustability when compared to my SFX system with SRS software. What I like about Qubic is that I get a more homogenous motion across all sims. At the moment, Rf2 and LMU are the profiles I prefer but I know I can get there with AC and Iracing as well. The problem I had with SRS was that I could only get RF2 to be excellent. Everything else was significantly worse than with Qubic 220. Qubic actuators are quieter as well. And VR motion compensation is superb and easy to use. You would imagine I could be subject to purchase validation bias after spending this kind of money but I'm not. It's an excellent product. This is why I'll also be considering replacing my PT belt with the Qubic.
I strongly recommend the product and Simstix as reseller.

Bought a Qubic system (still waiting on other vendors, so haven't run it yet), and the Simstix communication was excellent by any standards. FedEx delivered to the wrong address, and I was having no luck getting them to respond locally, but within hours of hearing about the problem, Steve had bird-dogged the situation and the shipment got retrieved and delivered in less than 24 hours. Very impressive.

I shopped extensively for my QS-210s and Steve at Simstix offered, by far, the lowest total price delivered to my house. Not only that, but his customer service was exemplary as he opened up all the shipping boxes to ensure everything was present and accounted for and even included missing fasteners free of charge.
